Doug Conner

Owner of Level Up Renovations

Doug has over 30 years of experience in the construction/remodeling industry. Early in his career, he worked for a premier builder that offered multi-million dollar renovations and builds that had the highest of standards.  He has taken this work ethic with him into his future.  Quality is a top priority. 

Doug has 3 children that are his life. He loves spending time with them any chance he gets.  

Doug is also in a leadership role in a ministry called Right Turn Ministries. This Mission based Ministry travels to Honduras many times a year filling the physical needs as well as spiritual of many locals. This is a passion of Doug's and it shows.

Brian Lamprecht

Owner of L Design Strategies LLC

Brian has 18 years experience in remodeling and 20 in automotive repair (overlapping). Brian has a strong mechanical background and is very detail oriented.  His attention to detail is what drives his passion for his work as well as those he works with crazy.

Brian has 6 children (3 bio/3 bonus) that he centers his free time around.  They are the center of his life.

Brian and Doug actually met while volunteering  to build a church. They worked well together and knew early on that there was something special about the teamwork they had.
